This kit includes the Calm Spirit formula & the Quiet Night formula.  Taken in conjunction with each other, this combo is effective at preventing insomnia.

Calm Spirit is taken 30 minutes before bed, to help you relax and prevent a racing mind

Quiet Night is taken 5 minutes before bed, to induce a state of sleepiness, and help you fall asleep fast, and stay asleep for hours.

The tincture kits are for those who wish to make their own tinctures at home in greater quantity, or for countries where tinctures cannot be shipped.

Calm Spirit contains: Oat milky seed, Celery seed, Skullcap (scutellaria lateriflora), Lavender, St. John's Wort, grappa

Each bottle is 100ml

Quiet Night contains: Catnip, Chamomille, Hops, Passionflower, Valerian root, grappa
